Ty Mystic Beanie Baby Sells for $56.99
An authenticated Ty Mystic the unicorn Beanie Baby sold on eBay for $56.99 on February 18, 2013. True Blue Beans had authenticated the Beanie as a "Fine Mane Mystic" with a 3rd generation heart tag and a 1st generation tush tag, and noted, "MWMT – Museum Quality." The auction attracted 15 bids.
Mystic the unicorn was first introduced on June 25, 1994 with a tan horn and a fine mane. Later that year, the mane became coarse. In October of 1997, the horn became iridescent and then in January of 1999, the mane became fluffy with rainbow coloring.
